When Your Month Isn't Going Right

Ah the old #comfortzone..When your month isn't going right, it's tempting to want to "feel safe" & stay in your comfort zone like going to lunch at the same time or coming in or leaving "on time." We know we should be doing something different, but we don't. Getting back on track is accomplished through "slights." Make a slight adjustment today by waiting a few extra minutes before going to lunch or going home for the day. Say to yourself, "I'm going to give myself 30 more minutes to grab another Up or make/take another phone call." Pushing yourself just a little extra today will keep you out of your comfort zone, it'll cause you to stay focused for a brief period of time (Who can't do anything for another 30 minutes, huh?), and will prevent you from burning out. (Often we make drastic adjustments causing us to give up and quit..i.e. Diet) I'll see you on the Blacktop!
