“Know your numbers...” I’ve heard that a time or 10,000, but knowing your numbers is not enough. It’s what you do with the numbers.
You can use the numbers to “Bitch or be Rich.” You can use the numbers to bitch about how you’re getting all of the bad leads, territories, customers, and everyone’s working against you...
Or you can see the numbers as rich data. Even though the numbers aren’t working in your favor, you interpret & use the data.
It’s easy to look at the numbers when you’re winning, but will you look at the numbers when you’re losing too- not to lay blame, but to lay claim & own your situation.
