The more you know the less you fight! 👊

Jocko Willink is a human hulk. The retired Navy SEAL said, “The more I know the less I fight...”

Many of the altercations he found himself in were before he learned jiu jitsu, but once he learned the martial art he found himself in fewer altercations.

Because he was armed with the knowledge, he could quickly assess, leverage, strategize, & neutralize a situation if need be.

Before he perceived everything as a threat, but his confidence now gave him the perspective to maneuver in any situation.

Fighting & knowing how to fight are not the same.

Think about the fights you’ve been in your life...fights where you were running out of month...fights of sickness, death, & health...fights of promotion or demotion...think of all the fights you found yourself in & you sometimes made it worse.

Because you fought...but didn’t know how to fight.

You will find yourself in fights in your life- some you will lose and others you will come up short handed. You have to lose often times to provoke you to learn.

Instead of blaming you can carry those experiences forward giving you more confidence that when you find yourself in certain situations...it’s not a fight...but you know how to fight.

You now have the confidence to quickly analyze, leverage, and maneuver through certain situations- where everybody is swinging, you’re strategizing with certainty.

Don’t back down. Take it on knowing you don’t have to fight because you know how to fight!
