People reveal far more through patterns than they do through words.
A rookie salesperson hears what the customer says.
A master salesperson filters those words through behavior.
When a customer says:
“I’m just looking.”
“I’m not buying today.”
“I need to think about it.”
The rookie hears an objection.
The master asks:
• How much time are they spending with me?
• What questions are they asking?
• Are they comparing features and options?
• Are they mentally owning the product?
Words matter.
But behavior tells the real story.
After 28 years in sales, one thing has never changed:
Actions speak louder than words.
