How often have you made a plan only for circumstances to blow it all to pieces. When you get hit (and you will) trying to bend the circumstances into your pre-formulated plan will cause you to give up and revert back to your old ways.
Don't hit the reset and vow to hit it hard at the beginning of the week or year. Instead, adjust the plan to meet your new circumstances head on. Doing so, you'll set a new floor and rise to success.
