🎙️ Do You Train Your Voice in Sales?

Most salespeople practice what they’re going to say.

Very few practice how they’re going to say it.

Your tone, pace, pauses, confidence, and clarity all communicate before your words ever do. If your delivery is rushed, uncertain, or filled with “um,” “like,” and “you know,” your customer starts losing confidence—even if your information is right.

Here’s today’s assignment:

âś… Open the Voice Memos app on your phone.
âś… Record yourself overcoming a common customer objection.
âś… Play it back.
✅ Listen like you’re the customer.

Would you buy from that voice?

Then record it again. This time, slow down. Control your cadence. Hold your thoughts together instead of filling every pause with filler words. The more comfortable you become with silence, the more confident you’ll sound.

This is the kind of practice nobody sees—but it’s the kind that separates average salespeople from professionals.
