When Dr. Rob Bell was training for 100-mile race, part of his training consisted of running one marathon a day for 16 days. That's 26.2 miles per day for 16 days straight. Thirteen out of the 16 days he was so exhausted that he threw up, yet he finished every one of them.

You must do hard shit otherwise what would you remind yourself of when you reach the point of failure?
