Demoted? Job hoping? Plateaued? Do your verb!

Chasing Nouns, i.e. a job title, is fruitless because if you have the “noun” you spend all of your time protecting it, not wanting to look foolish in front of others.
.
If you’re chasing a noun, you end up jumping from job to job because you got the noun, but it’s not what you expected so you jump ship.
.
When I got demoted & lost my coveted “noun,” I had a choice to make. Run somewhere else to “look good” by getting another noun or just do the verb.
.
The verb is where real change can take place because you’re no longer chasing, you’re doing.
.
Sure your weakness get exposed, but so too will your strengths & because you’re not worried about how you “look” to others, the same ones who dissed you will be back because they missed you & what you bring in your unique way.
.
Have you lost your noun, been protecting your noun, or jumping place to place for a noun? Hearing this, what will be your verb? 👇
