Enough about that. Let's get on with today's episode. Let me tell you the difference between self-esteem and self-awareness. It's a big difference. Self-esteem is the, I like me, for me, meaning that you're painting the most favorable picture of yourself, even though you're fat broke and ignorant. You're not gonna get anywhere like that. But self awareness is seeing yourself for who you are and then doing something about it. It's saying, Yeah, I'm fat. So I'm gonna lay the brick. I'm tired of living like this. I'm tired of stretching my shirt out. I'm tired of having to chain shirts or wear certain colors because I don't wanna look like a fat ass. So every single day I'm gonna lay the brick and I'm gonna go to the gym. Consistency before intensity. I'm gonna go in there every single day and bust the sweat, and then I'm gonna increase the intensity from. Self-esteem says, Oh, I don't. I don't have to live on much. I'm okay. I'm good. Self-awareness is saying I'm fucking broke. And I'm gonna learn my profession. I'm gonna learn my craft. I'm gonna learn from the masters. I'm gonna put in the extra hours. I'm not gonna hang out with bullshit ass people. I'm gonna stop living for the validation of others and start investing in myself. Self-esteem is I'm good. I, I know self-awareness is I'm ignorant , I'm ignorant as fuck. Instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media, being a spectator in everybody else's life, why not stop scrolling and get a library card, or go to YouTube or read a blog of something that is going.
