❌ DON'T SKIP THE STRUGGLE | S.5 Ep. 7

Human nature is to find an easier way. Mother Nature thinks otherwise.

I've been demoted, bankrupt, homeless, and suicidal. I don't wouldn't want to go back, but I am glad I went through it. 🤫  (Spoiler alert. I'm still here.)

today on a sales life. when you're in a struggle, it reveals you of the man that you're destined to be or the bitch that you are. I've been a bitch. And my struggles revealed that to me, and I had a choice to make. I can either continue bitching and get run over, or I could do something about it. This is the sales Life. I'm your host, Marsh B and I created the sales life because I believe sales is the best profession in life, is the greatest gift, and both require better skills of selling to embrace uncertainty, handle the adversity, and never settle again. My mission is simple. Create the best possible you both in sales and in life by eliminating all of the self-limiting beliefs because what is is not all there. Start your coaching today by heading over to marsh b.com Let me tell you something man, and don't skip out on the struggle. Don't I know you wish it was easier. I know you wish it would go away, but your struggles are the greatest teacher that you will ever. Because when you're in a struggle, it reveals you of the man that you're destined to be or the bitch that you are. I've been a bitch. And my struggles revealed that to me, and I had a choice to make. I can either continue bitching and get run over, or I could do something about it. See, this is the difference between where people say, Oh my God, this is happening to me versus what's happening for me. So when things are coming at you and you're in your struggles, If you're saying, Oh, this is happening to me, well then that's a victim mindset. But if you're sitting there saying, All right, this sucks ass, now, what the hell am I gonna do about it? That's when you man up and you do something about it. I've been bankrupt. I've been broke. I've been home. I've been divorced, I've been demoted, I've been suicidal. I don't wish to go back to any of those days, but I'm so grateful for those struggles because they have made me the person today. And the thing about the struggles is struggles don't come all at once. Struggles first come to you as a whisper. Hey, you better get this. And if you don't heat it, then it's just gonna talk to you, Hey, here's a warning. And then if you don't do anything about it, your struggles come to you and say, Didn't I fucking tell you this was gonna happen? And now you're in a pinch and now you gotta figure it out and it's gonna take you years to recover. Dude, I remember the man I worked for, I came clean cuz I was throwing newspapers at one o'clock in the morning and working a full-time job. And I showed and he was like, Dude, what's up? And so I finally came clean. I showed him I was a hundred thousand dollars in credit card debt and he said I could write a check and erase all of this for you and reset. But I'm going to write a check. But it's the check for you to declare bankruptcy because there's no coming out of this. And as painful as it is, you're going to learn to never put yourself in this position again. And dude, I'm so grateful for it. Because it taught me to never put myself in a over leveraged position again, no matter how good things are, never do it, never do it again. And that's what the struggles are for you. And so you're gonna be in these struggles in these situations. And you're gonna think I'm stripped of everything. Dude, let me tell you something. Everything that you're stripped of is all materialistic bullshit anyway. It doesn't even matter. Superficial, so the things that you're stripped of that you think, Oh my God, I've worked all my years to get this. Let me tell you something. When you're in a struggle and you're stripped of everything, Number one, it causes you to face reality and be honest with yourself and stop placating and act like you have it going on when you don't. That was me. Fuck that. So it stripped me of all of that. I was able to be my most authentic self. No more bullshit, no more acting like I knew all the answers. I didn't, I'm living proof. I didn't have the answers because I was stripped of everything. And so in those moments When you're done playing house and life strips, you of all of that. When you're in your struggles. What looks like is a loss is actually a gain because you're gonna gain skills, you're gonna gain expertise, you're gonna gain knowledge, new connections. You're gonna get rid of all the bullshit ass people that were just clinging onto you anyway. You're gonna pick up resilience and you're going to gain your independence. And that is the most valuable thing in the world because, No matter what. You can build it back, but better this time, stronger this time. And even if the rumblings of thunder come about again, and they will, you're gonna have other storms, but because you've been through it before and you built it back better, number one, you're not gonna be in that same position. And number two, you're gonna be able to build it back quick. Because you gained the knowledge, the expertise, the wisdom to build it back quicker, stronger, and then it gets better.
