Have you ever considered what it means to truly invest in yourself? It's the only investment opportunity that offers you a guaranteed return, and yet many of us often overlook its importance and potential. And today I wanna share with you using my own life, the transformative power of investing in yourself just for 90 days. It's the greatest return. On your investment, on your life, so consider this. Let's just talk hypothetical, right? It's just me and you. If I offered you a stock that promised to triple your investment in only 90 days, Would you take it? You damn right you would. As a matter of fact, dude, we'd be flipping couch cushions and looking in laundry baskets and dry cleaner clothes in the closet. Dude, we would go borrow money from our mama and our grandmother if I guaranteed that you could triple your money in 90 days. As a matter of fact, it's you're guarantee not to lose. Who wouldn't take that gamble? Who wouldn't take that investment? Or what if I just gave you this badass car? Rolls Royce Phantom just gave it to you, threw you the keys. Here you go. How would you treat it? Would you treat it bad? Hell, no, you wouldn't. You'd treasure it. You'd maintain it, and you do everything in your power to make sure that you keep it for a long time. So lemme get this right. We emphatically no question asked. I'll take you up on your 90 day stock offer, or yes, marsh. I will accept that. Rolls Royce Phantom, you want to give me, well, on the condition that I'll treat it beautifully, that I'll treat it. And I'm telling you, I promise if you throw me the keys to it, I'll treat it right. Without blinking an eye. We say yes to all of those things, but when it comes to our own bodies and our own selves, we don't extend the same kind of care and consideration. Dude, I'm not trying to preach to you here, but do you realize you're one of a kind, you're unique, you're irreplaceable. They ain't gonna make another one like you. It's not an unlimited supply of life that you get. You're one of a kind. And the point I'm trying to drive home here is super simple, man. The most profitable risk-free investment you can ever make is in yourself. It's in your health, it's in your personal growth and your mental wellbeing. And I'm telling you a. To 120 day investment in yourself can offset decades of neglect and more importantly, transform your life in the ways you can't even fathom. You can't even imagine. It's so easy, man, and I get it. It's so easy to get caught up. And I gotta make this sacrifice. Oh my God. 90 to 120. Yes. Going into it, 90 to 120 days might as well be 90 to 120 years. I get it. This is why you just gotta dumb it down, man. And trust that is going to be a guaranteed return on your investment because you're gonna make this not a goal, man. It's a lifestyle, and you're gonna notice marked improvement in every area of your life, in your relationships, in your energy, in your inspiration, and your curiosity and your creativity, and the ability to confront things. It's gonna be unstoppable. It's gonna be such a powerful foundation for your success. No one, no thing can stand in your way. And even if it does try to get in your way, you blow right through it because you're just humming with confidence. You gotta get there. You gotta get that thing going. I promise you this, I guarantee you this. If you'll give yourself yourself, no one else yourself, 90 days, things are gonna start to shift for you. Your thought processes are gonna change. Your speech is gonna change because of the way that you think determines how you speak. And when you think differently, you're gonna speak differently. The people you surround yourself with. They're gonna change too. Some of 'em are just gonna flame out. They're gonna be like, man, you ain't like you used to be. Nope. Sure as hell not. And you shouldn't be either. And you can ride on my bus as long as we're going in the upward direction and you can ride on my bus if me and you are heading north in the same way. If not, sorry bro. You gotta get off. The people who hung out with you since kindergarten are not gonna be able to make the ride with you for the rest of your life. Sorry, they got you here. They're welcome to come aboard if they're willing to do the work themselves in their own life.'cause I can't save them. And if not, man, you gotta leave 'em at the stop. You gotta love them right where they are. So in these 90 days, man, when your thoughts change and your speech changes, then the people around you changes. Your physical environments begin to change, and ultimately these changes are gonna culminate into a life experience. That is going to bust your wildest dreams. Dude, lemme tell you something. Your dreams that you have right now, do you realize they're based on the lenses that you're looking through right now, how you perceive your life, how you see your life, you probably can't see very far if you're in this rutt. So all you're doing is you're looking the at the lip of the ditch and saying, that's about it, bro, there is so much more ahead of you. If you give yourself 90 days, things are gonna get longer and more vivid and more powerful and divine connections are gonna come your way. And you're be like, PO. 90 days, dude, I'm living proof of this. Go to my Instagram account, marsh, and look at a 90 day transformation. It's pinned to my wall. You'll see an October of 2022 picture. Dude, lemme tell you something. I was getting on the podcast telling people what they should do. Hide behind a shirt and you'll see the results of being out of alignment. But I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I let things slip in. I started drinking every day again. Shit, I got away from long time ago, little by little. So you get what you accept and you make these exceptions. You begin to accept them and you end up like that piece of shit that was on my wall. That was me. October of 2022. 90 days later to the right, there's a results, but I didn't look at everything in 90 days. I just looked at two days. That's it. Lay the bird. That's the only thing I looked at. I'm living proof. You can do this, but what is different this time?'cause I've, I've lost weight before, but what's different this time is, this has become a lifestyle, not a goal. See, when it's a goal and you get the goal, you give up, you lose your hunger, your complacency, your complacency rises. But because it's a lifestyle and I've developed a process that I'm gonna talk about here in a minute, it's just, it's an evolution. I. Life just gets better every day. So you gotta imagine each day as a checkpoint in your journey, man, five or six daily rituals that you just gotta check the box. You just gotta make it easy. I'm all about simplicity. From the time that you wake up at a set time to exercising, to spending 10 minutes reading out of a physical book to learning throughout the day. Applying what I learn, share my knowledge of what's worked for me with others.'cause lemme tell you something, we're all an expert in something. Some of you're experts in sales, some of you're experts in negotiation. Some of you're experts in changing a carburetor. Some of you're experts in model airplanes, some of you're experts in parenting. We're all experts in something. Some of you're experts in lifting weights. Jesus, share it, please. We all need it. The right people are gonna find you. And sharing gives you a sense of purpose. Lemme tell you something, even if you just started a month ago, as soon as things begin to change in your life and you start seeing some consistent results, share it. Share it. You're not where you want to be, but you're better than the guy behind you and that's the guy who needs you. Because you're not that far removed from how he felt from where he was, and they need your help. So share it. This gives you a sense of purpose. This gives you a drive to get up every single day, not just the same old grind. No, you gotta share that. It comes back to you. Makes you feel needed.'cause you help someone else. Some people, dude, you don't even know. There are people I've helped on this podcast. I'll never meet 'em in my life. There are people who have emailed me. From Arab countries saying what podcast episode helped them. And I'm like, oh my God. For real? I'm in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Three hours from New Orleans, three hours from Houston. I'm right in between like me. Yes.'cause I didn't, I didn't sit there and drill down. Well, I wonder who I could help. No, I just shared it because sharing. Help me learn it better. Help me live it better. That's what it's all about, man. So, back to my point, waking up at a set time, exercising mentally and physically, reading, learning throughout the day, applying, sharing, and then planning. You don't have to be this brilliant planner. There's two things that you're gonna be doing every day. Wearing clothes hopefully, unless you're all naked and afraid. But wearing clothes and eating plan, those two things. Lay out your clothes the night before. It seems like 45 seconds. It's just all about efficiency, man.'cause you're thinking ahead. You're not playing behind the eight ball. So it's planning what you're gonna wear to the gym, what you're gonna wear that next day for work. And then planning your meals. You're going to eat today. Don't eat from an emotional standpoint, this is why you keep ending up in a deficit. Plan your meals. What the hell are you gonna eat today? That's the right thing that feeds you. And you don't have to work out of a deficit. Talking about, I'm gonna double up tomorrow. No till it. If you plan it, you can enjoy. Dude, I love to eat. I eat my ass off every day, but I feed it the right things. That way. At 50 years old, I got fucking abs, not because I'm just this super rigid, bland kind of guy. No, just a few simple things I do every day makes it easier. You just gotta lay the brick man, and you lay the brick as perfectly as you can every single day. Win the decision. Lay the next brick, and eventually your wall of success is gonna be there. Just click the checkpoints. Five or six. Try to hit 'em all, but damn sure. Hit most of them and the next day, zero it out. Start again. I want you to take this 90 day challenge, man. Embrace the process, and I guarantee you that you're gonna witness a remarkable transformation. After all, investing in yourself is the greatest investment you can ever make. Stop watching C N B C. Stop asking your homeboy next door in your office. Hey, which stock should I pick you? That's the stock you should pick. Y owe you. That's the symbol. Invest in it. Guaranteed return. So you ready? Fucking right, you're ready. If you're not ready, start anyway.'cause there's no greater asset. Implementing these steps into your daily routine for 90 days will gradually, yet profoundly transform your life. Again, I'm living proof of it because what it's gonna do is it's gonna build a foundation of discipline, growth, and ultimate success. But you gotta remember, man, this is not a sprint. You didn't get here overnight. You're not gonna see it overnight. So initially it's gonna be a five to one, 10 to one ratio. You do 10 things and get maybe one blessing, one wink of a blessing, sorry. Eventually it's gonna be one to 10. You're gonna do one thing and get 10 times the results, but you gotta get that momentum swinging in the other direction. It's not about perfection, it's about process. The promise I make to you man, in these 90 days is gonna set the stage for a lifetime of success and fulfillment. You're gonna be so much happier, so much more at peace, and so much more accomplished, and you're gonna sit in front of people and like Marvel to yourself and you're like, I'm whipping your ass in plain sight. Is there a people that were once doing better than you? They can't control their mental and emotional and physical health. And because you have just a few simple processes built in, do simple things, man, you're gonna be whipping their ass and it'll never catch up because it's the lifestyle, not a goal. Everybody's looking for goals. You've just developed a lifestyle. So before we leave, lemme give you a little homework assignment. I'm gonna give you a few self-reflective questions that you can ask. What do you see? Man, I like to, I'm in a 40 pan, 40 inch pan. I'd like to get to a 36. That's damn sure possible. Dude. Lemme tell you something. I was like almost in a 42. Now I'm like in a 33. I'm living proof. No pills, no strict diet regimen, no crazy ass diet regimen and milkshakes and shit. No real food, real results. Lifestyle change. I'll help you with that. You won't coach him for that. I can help you. It's $350 a month, three month commitment.'cause you're not gonna waste my time and I'm not gonna waste yours.
