For over 24 years, I have gone to work to purposefully get rejected. After hundreds of thousands of rejections, you'd think it'd get easier, welp it doesn't, but I've learned the power of being willing to be rejected.

On today's episode, you will discover:
1. How is your gateway to opportunities.
2. Why makes you stronger.
3. How my demotion set us up for world domination. (Like literally)
4. Why makes your life more colorful.
5. (Bonus) The night I got rejected 100 times in 10 minutes. (Not really. I just wanted to see if you were still reading.)

Is the ability to sell. See, sales is a profession. Selling is a life skill. And there are three things that every one of us on this planet are battling against. Adversity, uncertainty, and complacency. And most people. don't deal with 'em all. They just accept what is and say, oh well, and that wasn't enough for me. It has everything to do with rejection. Ooh. We deal with that every single day. And most people run from rejection. They try to find a certain thing, and I'm telling you on this episode, I want you to embrace the rejection. You actually need it. It's your superpower. See, and that's the thing you gotta think. You gotta do opposite of what everybody else is doing. Everybody else is running away from rejection. And I'm telling you to run at it and be willing to be rejected. Nobody likes it, but when you can put it in its right context and you can gain value from this, recycle it, apply it moving forward. Oh my God, you gotta lap folks. You gotta smoke. , that's what it's all about. So let's rock out with today's episode. And remember, the greatest sale that you will ever make is the sale You on. You stay amazing. Stay in the cell's life. Let's get it. Voluntary or involuntary rejection is your gateway to opportunities. It sounds crazy. I know, but think about it. When you're told Yes. Do you look beyond a yes no? You got told what you wanted to hear. So you have no reason to look beyond. So you just look at. Boom right there. 1 0 1 min. But it's when you're told no, that's what forces you back to the lab. That's what makes you try to figure something else out. See when you're rejected and the doors closed, you're looking around trying to find a window, and when there's no window, you're sitting there trying to find a crack, some sort of light, some sort of opportunity, some sort of possibility idea that you can grab your fingers into and just grab it and just try to get some sort of a grip. That way you can push on because you have an ultimate purpose. Rejection is your superpower to mental and physical strength. It is. It's the resistance. It's the resistance that makes you stronger. I mean, if I walked into the gym and picked up a five pound dumbbell, I can lift it, no problem. But there's no resistance to build real strength. It's only when I walk over and grab the seventies do I face that ultimate resistance initially, I can't do as many reps, but if I keep coming back to it, that's what builds the ultimate strength. You know, I think back to when I was demoted. I was third in command, busted all the way back down to the bottom rung. I was at the very bottom of the food chain. Had I not been rejected, I would not have stumbled across the idea that we ran with as a company that has led us to become a. The number one brand dealer in the world, the brand that I sell we're number one. Had I not been rejected, I would not have created the Sales Life podcast, and it wasn't the podcast. It's what the podcast enabled me to do because I was committed to publishing an episode every single day. I was forced to write, to clarify my thoughts and thoughts allowed me to untangle everything that was in my mind and enabled me to actually speak better and it was through the podcast that I discovered the five disciplines that have made me successful in sales. I've realized I can apply these to my personal life. And become successful again. None of that would've happened had I not been rejected. And you think about in your own life, the times that you've been rejected, hurts, but think of how much difference your life. And how much different it would've been had you not been rejected. That's why I say, man, it's a gateway of opportunity. It's your path to success. Think about this. What if you were willing to be rejected? You voluntarily every single day went out there and didn't try to protect yourself and your ego against being rejected. You just laid it out there. You're actually seeking it. You're not afraid of it anymore, and because you're not trying to protect something and you're trying not to lose and you're willing to fail, you won't be defeated. It's impossible because you have a willingness to be rejected. Think how much more colorful and rich your life will be because you've learned how to slice the gold from the dirt when you were involuntarily reject. Now think about the pyramid of success because you're also willing to be rejected. Keep it simple. Keep it moving. Never settle. Keep selling. Stay in the sales life.
