You want the top producer results, yet you won't do the things that it takes to be a top producer. And that means number one time, number two reps, number three, consistency Welcome to the Sales Life. I'm your host, marsh B, sales is a profession, but selling is a mindset that you need in order to embrace uncertainty, handle the adversity, and never settle again. In my 20 plus years of the sales profession, I've developed five disciplines that I've applied to every area of my life, including personal and professional disasters, hurricanes shortages, recessions, obesity, homelessness, demotion, and suicidal thoughts. I beat 'em all. Be ready for anything and achieve everything with the sales life mentality. Get started with your coaching today@marshbuice.com Anything hard, man, it's, it's not gonna be easy. It's not supposed to be easy, because if it was easy, everybody would be successful. See a hundred pounds to you is the same, a hundred pounds to the next man. But the difference between you and the next man , is which one can lift the a hundred pounds over and over again repeatedly, even though both of you started the same, both of you went to the same rack and picked up the same weight. But the difference is who's gonna be the one that tries the weight and they can't hold it, and they walk away from it because it's too. Try to go find something lighter versus who's the one that picks it up, struggles with it, but comes back repeatedly day after day after day. You can want success all day long, but if you got the level of success that you wanted, dude, you wouldn't even be able to handle it. You wouldn't be able to shoulder it. It would actually crush you. So this is life's way of actually protecting you. When you think life is conspiring against you, she's not at all. She's actually protecting you. She's saying, If I gave you what you wanted, you could not even. See, it would be like the success and the cars and the money and all that would be like you trying to go into the gym and repping out 225 pounds and you hadn't been in the gym in two years. It would be like you being bedridden for a month and then going out the very next day and going to run a marathon. It wouldn't happen. As a matter of fact, you would get injured. So all of you that are in sales and you say, Oh, I want to be a top producer. You want the top producer results, yet you won't do the things that it takes to be a top producer. And that means number one time, number two reps, number three, consistency over and over and over again. Will you show up. And just like in the weight room, load the bar. So you put on the weight. You handle the weight, you get to a point of. , you knock out a few more res, you put it down, you rest just a little bit, and then you pick the weight right back up again. That's what you have to do in life. Same thing is you gotta rock with that bar, you gotta go to the point of fatigue. You gotta struggle with it, and then you gotta set it down brief. Come right back to it, rep it out again, and then you do this day after day after day. This is what's going to incrementally grow you into the success. If you don't struggle, man, you're not gonna grow. And if it's not heavy, you're not gonna see maximum results. Keep it simple. Keep it moving. Never settle. Keep selling.
