639. You're NEVER going to be ready

"I'm not quite ready," says everyone. "Ready" is bullshit. It's a form of self-sabotage and procrastination. While you're waiting to be "ready" others are lapping you. While you're waiting to be "ready" what you're really doing is waiting for life to slam the door on you in order to start.

Don't wait for circumstances to be just right. Don't wait for others to swing in and help you. Start with what you have. Work toward what you need. And ultimately, you'll get what you want.

"Experience is great. Practice has its place, but boldness makes way for action." James Victore. Let's goooooo!

Keep it simple. Keep it moving. Never settle. Stay tough.

"Experience is great. Practice has its place, but boldness boldness makes way for action. What I want to remind you today is begin before you're ready because bro. The fact of the matter is you're never going to be ready. Let me tell you two things that you gotta be aware of while you're waiting to get ready. Number one is while you're waiting to get ready, you're getting lapped by people who have already took the leap and got out there. And number two is if you're waiting to get ready, what you're really doing is, is you're procrastinating and you're waiting for life to force you to kick you out of the nest, to put you in a position where you have no choice, but to do something else. So, I don't want you to wait any longer for circumstances to be just right. Go ahead and take the leap. Start with free, be resourceful. What do you have right there readily available and get started. Now I know, bro, that you feel like that you got to prepare, right? We always feel that we got to prepare and preparation is key. It is, but you're going to find that much of your preparation is in the doing it's in the reps. That means when your mind is trying to talk you out of it, when your family is trying to talk you out of it, when your past is trying to talk you out of it some days, dude, you just got a double middle finger. It. And take the leap because waiting is a form of self-sabotage, but you got to build up right. Marsh You don't understand. I hear what you're saying, but see, I gotta, I gotta build some things up. I gotta build up my money. I gotta build up my connections. I gotta build up my listeners. I got to build up my viewers. It's all bullshit, man, because your buildup is truthfully procrastination and action. Let me put a spin on it. If you waited until you were ready and if ready, arrived today in what you think is ready road 10 years from now, it's going to be trash because what you think is the finished product now. If you put in the reps every single day, 10 years from now, oh my God. You're going to look back on this and say, this is some of the worst. This is trash, but see, you had to become a disaster back then to become the master who you are now. So stop comparing yourself to someone else's 200 mile. And here you are trying to get to a 10th of a mile, start with what you have. Don't tell me what you wish you had start with what you have worked toward, what you need, and ultimately you'll get what you want. Begin before you ready. You're never going to be ready to start. You're ready enough. Remember the greatest sale you'll ever make is to sell you on you because you're more than enough. Stay amazing. Stay in the sales life.
