If you really, really, really wanna help someone out, let them struggle.

Struggle is an opportunity for growth.

I realize how quick I am to help my daughter sound out a big word or finish an assignment, but growth comes beyond the frustration.

My friend fosters growth by telling his kids, you cannot ask me for help unto you make progress beyond the sticking point.
