“Self talk without the work is just a lie.”~David Goggins You can print out the affirmations & put them on your bathroom mirror...you can recite them from the back of a book 3x a day if you want to, but if it’s not backed by hard work...it’s just a lie. Hard work is a reminder to not give in.
