The other morning I’d given myself 1 hour..30 min to read, then 30 min to go knock out a run before work...but when my 30 minutes of reading was up, I didn’t want to get up and go run. I justified continuing to read by saying to myself that I only had 30 min before having to get ready for work, so I might as well keep on reading. I’d negotiated with myself thst I’d workout when I got home. (& I hate working out after work) It was all reasoned well, right? Reading is beneficial, but it was not the most impactful use of my time at that moment. I was being productive but lazy.⭐️ Today’s episode challenges you to find areas where you’re productively lazy⭐️ Find the leaks by asking 3 key questions.⭐️Is what I’m doing THE MOST impactful? ⭐️Can it be fragmented?⭐️Will I even do it?⭐️Asking these questions will free up mental energy that you needlessly use when negotiating with yourself. ⭐️Thanks for catching today’s show.⭐️To help spread the show’s message please leave a quick rating & share with someone who could use today’s episode. ⭐️I’m @marshbuice on Twitter & thesaleslife1@gmail.com
