I just finished reading Daniel Coyle's hella good book "The Culture Code" where he seeks to discover what is the "it" factor of successful organizations? It goes without saying that the leaders of good organizations have humility-no surprise there, but Coyle didn't stop there, the best ones have "Muscular Humility."
