In his book Relentless, Tim Grover writes of a time a labor dispute threatened to delay or even cancel the NBA season. Bc of the delay many of the players didn’t train- they just sat around waiting for someone to say the season was starting. Bc of the lack of training, when the season did start many were injured & out.
