Alright. 3, 2, 1. Let's get it. Let's talk about your disadvantages today. What do you have? What do you lack? I should say. What are your disadvantages? Are they a crutch? Or do you use them as a catalyst? And I'm gonna shed some light on your disadvantages. Quote, unquote. I'm going to shed some light on those. And you're going to see that these disadvantages. Our blessing. And you got to count it as such. Count your disadvantages as a blessing. Because when you flip the script, You're going to realize. That you sitting on a damn goldmine. I thank God. For my disadvantages in the moment. I didn't like it. The name marsh. I hated the fact that I was. Last to be picked on teams because I lacked the talent. I wasn't tall enough at the time 63 now. But back then, man, I was a shrimp. I stuttered. And all kinds of disadvantages. That when you play it out. It's the best thing they ever came for me. So you need to take stock and thank God for your disadvantages. Because. That's where. The real lessons. Or add. C lack, whatever you lack. Is an advantage. Because it's the hunger. The fuels the hustle. Is the empty space. That innovation feels. The fact that you don't fit in. That's a damn advantage. That's a calling card. You'll be dead. You're going to be memorable. It means that you're just not another face in the crowd, man. You're damn Maverick. That breaks the mold. Did you grow up tough. Ruff. Did you have to live with your grandparents? Where you're always moving. Did you own one pair of jeans? Did you not have a washing machine? Do this the best damn bootcamp. And resilience and adaptability. The one can teach you that. You just have to. Unfortunately in the time, immerse yourself in it. But I'm telling you, dude. In this fast changing world. Those traits. Of resilience. And adaptability. We're going to be your secret weapons. See what I'm saying? All of these. Our advantages. If you flip them on the, on their head. And use them as a catalyst for change. Not a crutch. To lean on how many people do you talk to? And they say what they could have been yet. They're not. Because of their disadvantages. And if you really think about a man disadvantages, Or for the outsiders. We're not for you. See the outsiders. See your circumstances. See your lack, see your uniqueness. They see your climb. And they label it as a disadvantage. But. When you play it out. When you stretch out the time horizon. Your disadvantages. are a Slingshot. That are going to launch you past. Everyone else's expectations. And what's great is when they see your disadvantages. They immediately discredit you. They immediately count you out. Which means. They're not paying attention. So that means. That you can get better. And whip their ass. Right in front of their face. Right underneath their nose. And because they look at your disadvantages and they say, ah, don't pay that guy. No mind. He's this he's that he came from this. He didn't have the education. He didn't quite fit in. He's kind of dumb. Yeah. Yeah, I am. You're right. I'm a beat your ass. But I'm a do it. But being successful. We all know, man, the game's not fair. Not everybody plays by the same rules. So what. Write your own damn rule book. This is where you turn your disadvantages. Into a secret playbook. You have it? You didn't even realize it until I talked to you. And now. You realize. That your lack. That your uniqueness, that your past. That's your present circumstances. They're all advantages. In a disadvantaged world. You don't play by the same rules. You don't even need their rules. Because you got your own secret playbook. Lack is leverage . No resources. get resourceful. Get creative. This is why it's one of the five CS communication, curiosity, creativity, continuous learning, and action. And productive confrontation. You work through those five things. Every single day. You'll be RFA ready for anything. So when you lack something, get creative, your backs against the wall. This is when the best shit comes out. Because you made a way out of no way. You got to keep it moving. And the crazy thing is, is life tends to. Leave only the committed standing. Because those who were interested once they realized it was too costly, too long, too expensive. Uh, too hard. Anything that starts with too. They bailed out, the interested bail out. and the committed. Or like, I don't know how I'm gonna do this. But I've. I've committed to doing this. I got no other options. I'm going for broke. What's going for broke means you go in for success. It means that you got no safety net. It means that you're all chips in and you say, fuck it. Let's go. And life has a strange way. Of rewarding. Those who were committed. Who continue on. Who embrace the uncertainty. Who welcomed the adversity. Who don't allow complacency to say they don't settle and allow complacency to set in. And life brings you. Just the right things. It just the right moment, whether it be resources, whether it be, know how a new skill that just all of a sudden, after hundreds of reps just pops in and you like. Why didn't I think of that. Because it took the reps. Life will reward you with a connection just in time, just in the 11th hour, when you think you're just about to just fold. Boom. I live says, I see your commitment. I see you. Here you go. And you're going to have just enough. You won't have all. You have just enough to get to the next point. Your disadvantages. filter out The bullshit. They do. They do. They separate the posers from the players. And those who bail out when the going gets tough. They're missing out. Because on the other side, Of that struggle. Is the sweet spot. You got to get through the messy middle. And this is where. The committed. Survived. Succeeded. But our forge now to be able to survive through anything. Think about that. Think about when you bring yourself you're you're you're at failure. You get through and survive. Then you go on to succeed. How confident are you? That's what disadvantages do they breed that confidence and give you so much confidence that even if you lost it all. You know how to build a back again. It's why they do that. Millionaire $1 test, give you a hundred dollars, give you a dollar, drop you into nowhere USA. And they make it. And they succeed again. Why. Because they didn't have it before. They made it before. And all of that. They're not starting over. They're using their experience. To start a new. Same thing you got to do. So here's to the crazy ones who see walls. And decide to build the doors, man. They don't just dream. They do. They're the ones who were staying up late. You're the one who's grinding while everyone else is sleeping. Turning I wish. And I will. Disadvantages have a unique formula. It's the FYO. For your own shit out. So FYO figure your own shit out in the formula. Is FIO. To FIU. And F M O. Figure it out. Fuck it up. Meaning make mistakes. f'kn move on. Don't allow that to park. Analyze it adjust. Move forward. It's how you get growth. So you got to take them as ups. And you gotta learn. And you gotta push forward. Because, let me tell you something. Nobody. Is coming to teach you. Nobody sits there and says, Hey, I wonder if I could teach marsh today? No. So you got to figure it out your own, your own. You gotta mow your own way. You got to figure it out. Because it's DIY. Or die. Do it yourself. or you going to die? In complacency. In mediocrity. In scraps. Life will give you the scraps I ain't a leftover kind of guy. I'm going to clean my plate and then look for a brand new plate. And lastly, man. Don't try to blend in. wHen you were born. To stand out. Whatever makes you unique. own that shit. Whether you're extra tall. You're short. You're dark. You're light-skinned you're loud. You're quiet. You're squeaky. Or anywhere in between. Own it. Make that your brand. Make that your signature. This is how you turn heads. This is how you leave an imprint. This is how you become remarkable. And unforgettable You got to remember guys. Every disadvantage. Has an advantage. Sharpen it. Every setback. As a setup for a comeback. Get out there. Show the world. How your disadvantages. are your super power. Keep it simple. Keep it moving. Never settle. Stay tough. Peace.
