#373 Stop Apologizing

Today's episode is inspired by a chapter in comedian Chris Gethard's b ook (not sure if that's a stage name or not :), "Lose Well." He writes, "When we decide we want to shift the standard of our life to include something new and out of the box, we tend to spend a lot of time apologizing for it and justifying it..." No lies in that statement, right? We throw a lofty dream that is waaayy out there in front of others and they look at who you are or who you've been and they squash your "gonna be's." Today's slap back is to do you boo and make no apologies along the way.
